Under Construction
Under Construction is a photographic exhibition by King’s Cross Central’s on-site photographer, John Sturrock, and charts a year in the life of this major regeneration scheme. Every day the scheme is moving forward and John is a familiar face on site, capturing progress, meeting our highly skilled construction workers and revealing some of the hidden gems found in the existing buildings.
John Sturrock trained in the 1970s and went on to co-found the influential UK photo agency Network Photographers in 1981. In recent years John has concentrated on urban regeneration and construction projects, including the revival of Spitalfields and the building of the East London Rail Line.

Over the past 31 years, SportsAid has helped many of today’s sporting heroes throughout their careers. This includes 18 of the 19 British Gold Medals winners at the Beijing Olympics including Rebecca Adlington and Chris Hoy. SportsAid offers a financial boost as well as recognition and encouragement, to help young, talented athletes as they begin their journey in performance sport.
