The Triangle SiteThe Triangle Site

To the east of York Way and at the northern end of the site lies this 3 acre plot of land commonly known as the Triangle Site.

The site straddles the boundary between the London Boroughs of Camden and Islington.

We have outline planning permission for some 246 homes, 25,000 sq ft of leisure use, 25,000 sq ft of retail use and a further 36,000 sq ft allocated for an undercroft car park.

The Triangle Site is currently home to London Borough of Camden's Construction Training Centre.
