King’s Cross is the best connected development in not only London, but the United Kingdom. Two major rail termini – St Pancras International and King’s Cross Main Line stations offer direct services throughout the country and Europe.
Eurostar trains run direct to Paris (2hr 15m), Brussels (1hr 51m) and Lille (1hr 20m) from the stunning St Pancras International Station.
In December 2009 a high speed (140mph) direct service will connect commuters in Kent and the South East with King’s Cross.
Other direct train and tube links go to Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton Airports.
King’s Cross St. Pancras Underground is the biggest interchange station on the London Underground network and is serviced by six tube lines: the Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Northern, Piccadilly and Victoria.
The development will provide an 800 space bicycle interchange located between the two rail termini.
The area is also serviced by 12 bus routes and being located at a transport ‘hub’ catching a cab should never be a problem.
The design of the Boulevard and Goods Way allows for the introduction of a branch of the Cross River Tram with a potential station stop close to the two rail termini.
