Plot T2Plot T2

Building T2 is a Grade A office building located on Canal Street in the northern part of the development and just a couple of minutes walk from both its historic centre and largest green space, Cubitt Park. The building offers approximately 170,000 sq ft of office space over 10 floors.

Building T2 is being designed by international architects Bennetts Associates. Their principal, Rab Bennetts OBE, is a well known and respected figure in the world of architectural design and construction who specialises in sustainability. As a board member of the UK Green Building Council, Rab has brought the latest thinking on building sustainability to bear on the design of Building T2, which will achieve a minimum BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’.

In addition to the office space on its upper floors, Building T2 could house a Health Club in its basement and our plans include an NHS Primary Healthcare Centre on its ground floor.

The walk from the mainline and underground stations will follow either the route through the historic heart of the site or will cross the new footbridge that links the development with the Camley Street Natural Park. In both cases walking time will be around 7-8 minutes.
