Building B6 is a Grade A office designed by Porphyrios Associates.

It is located on the corner of Pancras Square amongst a cluster of 11 office buildings in the southern part of the site that will total c.2m sq ft of space. Being in the south the building is within 1-2 minutes walk of both the underground and mainline stations.

The building commands views across the canal to the Granary Building, which will house the University of the Arts London, and the new public square that will sit in front of it.

The building contains approximately 158,000 sq ft net of generous office space over 10 floors. A typical floor is approximately 18,000 sq ft.
