Building A1 is a Grade A office building located at the southern tip of the King’s Cross Central development and immediately adjacent to the new King’s Cross Station concourse that will open in Summer 2012.

The building has 56,800 sq ft office, with typical floorplates of 8,300 sq ft over 7 floors and 4,700 sq ft of prominent retail space at ground level.

The building has been designed by architects Caruso St John Architects to an outline stage. The core layouts are fixed as they relate to the shared service yard below which is on site and largely complete.

As a minimum it will meet BREEAM ‘Excellent’.
