Pancras SquarePancras Square

A world-class square designed by Townshend Landscape Architects.

Pancras Square will combine the functions of route and space: space for people from the surrounding buildings and areas to relax; and a route to the pedestrian bridge crossing Regent's Canal.

Pancras Square will have a terraced water feature surrounded by mature trees, seating and public art. Seating areas linked to the cafés and restaurants will add further animation to the space.

Once complete, the development's estate management company will manage the public space, making this one of the safest and cleanest environments in Central London.
