Selected by the UK Government to build and operate High Speed 1 and landowner at King's Cross.The company was responsible for the design, construction, operation and finance of High Speed 1 from Folkestone to St Pancras.
London & Continental Stations & Property (LCSP) is the property subsidiary of LCR.
LCSP controls land at King's Cross through agreements with the Secretaries of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions.
LCSP manages all of LCR's property assets, including St Pancras International Station. With its partners, it is taking forward the regeneration of the surplus sites around the new High Speed 1 stations.
