We are refurbishing and giving new uses to some 20 historic buildings and structures including the Grade II Listed Great Northern Hotel, the Granary Complex, the (four) Gas Holder guide frames, the Fish and Coal Buildings, the German Gymnasium (currently our marketing suite), Midland Goods Shed and the Coal Drops.

As part of these works, we are carefully salvaging items and these are stored on site and catalogued so future design teams can consider them for potential re-use in the development.

This commitment will create up to one million sq ft of distinctive retail, leisure, education and workspace within a unique historic setting.

King's Cross Central has been listed by English Heritage as "One of England's 20 Best Heritage-Led Developments" and is commended for its dedication to integrating and re-using old buildings.
