One of five teams shortlisted out of 80 submissions received in stage one of the Gasholder No. 8 competition.

In Gustafson Porter's stage one proposal a gently curved landscape is set within the clear space defined by the gasholder frame and extends out into the landscape forming a natural amphitheatre reaching back towards the canal, over which a programmable lighting installation can frame a variety of activities.
