This collective ownership structure means that:

  • the ongoing development can be owned - and managed - as a whole;
  • each phase of the development can be financed against the value of the land and any completed parts;
  • there is a structure in which both private investors and institutions can participate;
  • we can develop mixed-use buildings and offer some imaginative occupation agreements;
  • we can provide district services, such as heat, power, water, recycling, telecommunications and IT;
  • it is in our interest to support local initiatives on jobs, training, housing, education and community safety; and
  • deliver the highest quality of design, construction, environmental management and long-term operation.
