London and Continental Railways, one of the partners who are delivering King's Cross, is working with Manhattan Loft Corporation to regenerate St. Pancras Chambers.

A 5 star Renaissance Marriott hotel with 244 bedrooms, two restaurants, two bars, a health and leisure centre, a ballroom, 20 meeting and function rooms, is on site and being delivered.

67 private apartments and penthouses have already being finished and some residents having taken occupation.
