Designed by PRP Architects Plot R4 sits to the north of the development off York Way.

The architecture of the building bears reference to the grid nature of the masterplan in Zone R but manifests it through the use of precast concrete elements with prefabricated infill panels of back-painted glass.

The building comprises two main cores with clusters of apartments surrounding each. 117 apartments in total – 15 supported housing apartments, 77 general needs social rented (affordable) apartments, and 25 shared ownership apartments. The apartments sit above mixed 2 commercial units at ground floor and a private courtyard space.

The building has full, detailed planning permission.
