This building occupies the land between Handyside Park and York Way. The Regent’s Canal sits to the south of the building.

The eastern elevation, adjacent to York Way, is conceived as a series of profiled panels which allow the building to change in appearance as you pass heading north along York Way.

The western (Handyside Park) elevation comprises four 'glazed' towers interspersed with courtyards, allowing the park to encroach into the building.

The building contains a total of 143 apartments, 30 of which are general needs social rented (affordable) housing, sitting over mixed commercial space at ground level.

Initial designs for this building are by architect's dRMM.
