The Stanley Building and its new office addition (Plot E1) sit at the southern tip of the King’s Cross Central development site.

It is prominently located next to the new entrances of King’s Cross and St Pancras mainline stations and opposite the entrance to the underground station. The design and general quality of architecture reflect their important position at the gateway to the development.

Building E1 is a new office building designed around an existing listed structure known as the Stanley Building. While being joined visually, the new offices are totally separated from the older building, both in terms of access and internal layout, which will house a Primary Care Trust facility.

The new office building houses approximately 19,700 sq ft net with floor plates of c.4,000 sq ft net.
