At King's Cross all our offices will be BREEAM "Excellent" or above.

BREEAM is used to assess the environmental performance of office buildings, both new and existing, and is the world's most widely used environmental assessment method.

BREEAM assessment methods and tools are designed to help construction professionals understand and mitigate the environmental impacts of the developments they design and build.

BREEAM assesses buildings against a set criteria and provides an overall score which will fall within a band providing either a pass, good, very good, excellent or outstanding rating.
